Dell XCD28 Review: Dell enterd the Indian market through its Android phone XCD28.It Dell works on version 2.1 of the OS, just like the Apple iPhone which was launched in 2008.
XCD28 is supportes such as quad-band GSM and 3G connectivity feature. By the looks of it, this handset seems heavy, but weighs just 100g around the place in the category of lightweight phones. It comes with a 2.8-inch touch screen that is bigger and better than the Nokia N900
