Aman Kachroo Death Case Solved: All four students accused of hazing and torture him to death were convicted. The accused, all medical students were convicted under Article 304 II, 452 and 34 IPC. Section 304 is a culpable homicide that is not to murder, 452 dry intrusion is home from the preparation of wounding, assault or wrongful restraint and 34 for dry joint.
Kachroo was a medical student to study Rajendra Prasad Medical College and Hospital, Tanda, which was terribly ragged by his seniors Ajay Verma, Naveen Verma Abhinav Verma and Mukul Sharma.
The hazing included a brutal beating by the four defendants due to which the victim died of his wounds March 8, 2009.
The defendants were sentenced by the district and sessions judge Purinder additional Vaidya. After the judge hears arguments on the case, it will decide the quantum of sentence today than Thursday, November 11, 2010.
